We believe that the church is to be shepherded and led by a group of elders (as qualified by 1 Timothy 3v1-7, Titus 1v5-9 and 1 Peter 5v1-4) under the authority of Jesus who is the Chief Shepherd.
As we are a new church plant, we are currently governed by an advisory board of four non-staff members (Reid Saunders, Jared Vogt, Kenny Engelking and Mike Zanon). This board will remain until we are able to appoint elders from within Valley Church.
